Cash, Visa, Mastercard and HICAPS facilities (for private health insurance processing) are all accepted payments.
Private Health Funds, Medicare, Workcover and TAC all accepted. For Workcover and TAC, we ask that patients pay on the day, and we will issue you with a claimable receipt.
Cancellation & Account keeping policy
As we are a busy clinic, please note that a cancellation fee applies. If 24 hours notice is not given, then the full consultation fee will be charged. A $5 account keeping fee also applies if the fee is not paid on the day.
Fee Schedule (effective from January 1st, 2021)
Patients with private health insurance can use HICAPS to claim their health rebate on the spot. We accept WorkCover, TAC, DVA and Medicare (CDM/EPC) patients. All WorkSafe and TAC treatments are to be paid on the day of service and are charged at the same rate as private paying patients. Receipts can be submitted to the relevant authority for reimbursement.
Payment of fees are required on the day of appointment. 24-hour cancellation period required.
